I think you need to buy your dog his own pillow. And one for your doggie niece too. Or here’s a thought … make your bed so that your pillow is covered and the dogs can’t get to it.
I DO make my bed, thank you very much! Somehow they still manage to get to it. Not to mention, I’ve woken up before with Tequila curled up next to me on my pillow. I wish he would at least sleep with his SNOUT pointed towards me, and not the other end. Talk about a rude awakening!

I think you should, at the very least, wash the existing pillow. Then get the dogs their OWN pillow. And then, when you make the bed (yeah, right!) put THEIR pillow on top!
Or you could designate the existing pillowcase as the “dog pillowcase” so that they still get to smell your smell, and you get a clean pillowcase to sleep on at night!
